2021 /2022 – Budget


A tax rate of $0.411299 per $100 valuation has been adopted by the governing body of City of Tool. This tax rate will raise more taxes for Maintenance and Operations than Last Year’s Tax Rate. This tax rate will effectively be raised by 3.443% percent and will raise taxes for Maintenance and Operations on a $100,000 home by $13.69

2020/2021 – Budget

A tax rate of $0.436092 per $100 valuation has been adopted by the governing body of City of Tool. This budget will raise the same amount of revenue from property as last year’s budget, which is a 0% percent increase in revenue from last year’s budget. The property tax revenue to be raised from new property added to the tax roll this year is $10,421.86.

The City of Tool, Texas, Fiscal Year 2020-2021 Budget is hereby amended as stated in attachment above and does not change tax revenues.

2019/2020 – Budget

A tax rate of $0.465434 per $100 valuation has been adopted by the governing body of City of Tool. This budget will raise more revenue from property taxes than last year’s budget by an amount of $ 67,988 which is a 6.50211% percent increase from last year’s budget. The property tax revenue to be raised from new property added to the tax roll this year is $11,710.60.

The City of Tool, Texas, Fiscal Year 2019-2020 Budget is hereby amended as stated in attachment above and does not change tax revenues.

2018/2019 – Budget  

This budget will raise more revenue from property taxes than last year’s budget by an amount of $93,160, which is a 9.7 % percent increase in revenue from last year’s budget. The property tax revenue to be raised from new property added to the tax roll this year is $1,076.

The City of Tool, Texas, Fiscal Year 2018-2019 Budget is hereby amended as stated in attachment above and does not change tax revenues.

2017/2018 – Budget
This budget will raise the same amount of revenue from property taxes as last year’s budget. The property tax revenue to be raised from new property added to the tax roll this year is $5,985.00

2016/2017 – Amended Budget
No change in property tax revenue collection

2016/2017 – Budget
This budget will raise the same amount of revenue from property taxes as last year’s budget. The property tax revenue to be raised from new property added to the tax roll this year is $2,549.00

2015/2016 – Budget
This budget will raise the same amount of revenue from property taxes as last year’s budget. The property tax revenue to be raised from new property added to the tax roll this year is $4,162.71

2014/2015 – Budget
This budget will raise the same amount of revenue from property taxes as last year’s budget. The property tax revenue to be raised from new property added to the tax roll this year is $8,401.00.
