The City of Tool will be proposing a tax rate of .369814, which is the No-New Revenue Rate for the 2026-2027 tax year. At the same meeting, they will be appropriating revenues and expenditures totaling $3,282,811.02 for the 2026-2027 tax year.

Now Hiring: Parks Administrator - Part Time Position
This position performs a variety of clerical, administrative, and technical work for the Eight at Tool Park, as well as some marketing work for the City of Tool. The parks Administrative Assistant will perform multiple tasks with a strong focus on organizing park events, coordinating supplies and scheduling events for community organizations and the City of Tool. This position will also provide excellent customer service to the public, vendors, city officials, and city staff. This position reports directly to the City Controller.
